Register for School
REGISTERING A STUDENT NEW TO THE WASHOE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT
Students starting at the Gerlach K-12 School must be registered with the Washoe County School District and have all required Nevada immunizations. A copy of the immunizations will be sent to the school nurse, who will review and provide a list of necessary immunizations if any are missing. These must be completed before a student can start.
Complete online registration at:
- /Page/10776
- Click on “Kindergarten and new to WCSD Online Registration” if your child has never been to a Washoe County School District school.
- You will enter an email address for registration, and the system will send a link to that email to complete the process.
Please bring the following documents to the school during open hours:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of address may be required
- Transcripts from prior schools, if you have them
We can request records from prior schools, however this can take longer than if you are able to provide records yourself.
REGISTERING A CURRENT WCSD STUDENT
Current Gerlach K-12 students need to have registration completed for each school year.
Complete online registration at:
- /Page/10776
- Click on “Current student registration: Parent Portal"
- Use the “forgot password” or “forgot username” function if needed
Families transferring to Gerlach K-12 from another WCSD school should contact the school during open hours.
